I picked up my new car today (purchased not a holiday hire) and the service was great. I didn't know what I wanted other than a small, safe car for wife and kid to get around in.
Ferdi helped me and narrowed it down to a Peugeot 208 and a Renault. I thought maybe the slightly smaller 208 was better so we wanted to see that one. Ferdi even arranged for us to test the car on a Sunday evening as work commitments meant it was the only time we were both free.

Hi, I bought a car from you back in March and took delivery last week. Its a Renault Captur and we're really pleased with it.
What was even better and made the whole experience enjoyable was the service and courtesy from your salesman, Ferdinand Van D or Ferdie as we called him. Nothing was any trouble and he made the extra effort to make sure it all went smooth without any pressure or hassle.
